How many designs can I submit at a time?

With a monthly subscription, you can request as many graphics as you’d like and our designers will work on the requests in your queue every business day. If we don’t get it right the first time, then no sweat — revisions are unlimited too. You’re limited in the speed of the requests – as we’re still powered by humans, and not magic A.I design robots.

Need your designs faster? Then you can just add another subscription/designer to your team.

What if I don't like my designer?

Our skills to match you with a good designer are pretty great. But in the odd chance that you feel the style of your assigned designer does not work with your brand. Then don’t sweat, simply let us know and we’ll swap them out with another designer more compatible with your unique brand.

How does the trial work?

You sign up, you try us out for 7 days, and you cancel if you decide it’s not the right fit. You are not billed during the trial period. You get billed only after day 7 and you don’t have to sign any contracts to continue with STENEX. Our service is delivered month-to-month for a flat monthly rate.

Below are  guidelines for the trial as well as some tips to help you determine if STENEX is right for you:

During your trial you can make 3 requests to test our service, workflow and design quality. 1 request = 1 design and source files and/or print-ready files are not provided during the trial. If you decide to subscribe to the service you will receive the source files and/or print-ready for all your requests.

The following requests are not fulfilled during trials: Resizing of banners (web or social media), Logos, Landing Pages, Presentations and Ebooks

We do not fulfill logo requests during trials as they involve vague or unclear briefs since brand guidelines aren’t yet available. Logos often require many revisions as clients consider different options for how they want their branding to look. This again means that the trial often doesn’t allow enough time for a client’s branding process.

In addition, over time we’ve found that many clients who request a logo during the trial period are often just looking to get some branding completed, on a complimentary basis, and don’t actually have recurring design needs. This is why we’ve implemented the policy regarding logos during the trial period.

We do not fulfill landing page, presentation, and E-book requests because they involve complex or lengthy briefs, and don’t allow you to assess STENEX based on completed outputs.

The following requests are limited during trials: illustrations. During your trial you may request one custom illustration. Please note during the trial period your custom illustration will be sent to you with a watermark. If you decide to subscribe to the service you will receive the source files for the illustration without the watermarks in place.

We recommend making your 3 requests all at once so that we can ask for clarification and then work through them, and any revisions you’ll require, as quickly as possible. This way you’ll get a good sense of what working with your STENEX designer is like. And you’ll be able to make a confident decision within your 7 day trial about whether you’d like a full subscription.

What details should my design request include?

Include these details every time for the best results: size, orientation, format (print or digital), preferred colours, inspiration designs, and text copy.

It’s Important you check your TEXT COPY because our designers COPY AND PASTE the text that will be used in your design! On the Pro Plan we included limited Copywrite.

The more descriptive you can be, the fewer revisions will be required.

Can I resell any of the designs STENEX creates for me?

You can. You own the rights to your designs. So, feel free to go wild! Just remember, we double check every element and stock photo we use, to make sure you’re granted the licenses for them. And we are assuming materials you provide to us are licensed and owned by you. If you do happen to send STENEX unlicensed materials to use, remember we are not held liable for the rights of the final design.

I have a really time-sensitive request. What do I do?

If a request is especially time-sensitive, you can indicate this when submitting your request details. We’ll do our best to bump it up in the queue and advise you of the delivery time.

More Questions?

Well if you are not convinced yet, we really won’t give up on you. Specially since you came this far on our website 😛

We are happy to help with any other questions!
